What is Mindfulness?

I hold a Diploma in Mindfulness.  Mindfulness can help in many anspects of one’s life.   I can therefore incorporate Mindfulness into many hypnotherapy programmes, as required.

For example, incorporating Mindful Eating into weight loss programmes; and Mindfulness aspects into Stress and Anxiety sessions.   There are many books about Mindfulness on the shelves in bookshops now.  There are also many websites on this subject.  For example the NHS Mindfulness information site   http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/stress-anxiety-depression/pages/mindfulness.aspx
